Ok if we arev going to go through the whole thing it does say he was on a public road at ten pm but he also states that he had been at a friends house for what ever reason then he must of gone home in his van and on his way home he pulled over to let his dog have a wee. well my dogs can go on a car journey without needing a wee anyway supposing the dog was desperate hence the need to pull over ok it wont have taken ten mins and the use of a lamp especially if the dog was on the lead so some thing just does'nt sound quite right and remember there is always two sides to a agument i will leave it

It's not all about driving around feeding birds it is a very difficult job with extremely long hours and for little money, but if you are in the right then dont accept a caution as has been said, and like comanche said his dogs can piss in the dark and so can mine on command without the use of a lamp i dont care how hard it is (and i know as i was an underkeeper when i was younger), it dosent give them the right to act like the police on a public road. i would be making a counter charge of intimidating behaviour against them. its totally irrelevant whether your dog can piss in

Not a bad size at all, i wished the one i made this year was a little bigger, or a little smaller. It's maybee just too big for 2 ferrets, but not big enogh for 4 ferrets, and 3 is a squeeze. I'll be building a few HILTON boxes during the summer! boxes are to much what u need is an old pair of jeans n cut leg off tie 1 of the ends properly put them in there n then u can put it ur pocket which means ur travellin a lot lighter n the ferret goes to [bANNED TEXT] no hassle in ur pocket What you sugest offers no protection to the ferrets whatso ever , if your involved in an acci

Did the dogs look like they had been worked hard when you were stopped from carrying on your walk by the keepers, even the coppers who attended would surely see & know by looking at your dogs if they had been worked that night

if they have no legal powers to block your right of way isnt that breaking the law , not like they made a citizens arrest is it , i would pursue this , not just the fact the police have your property , but the keepers blocking you from moving on imo thats not right if you were caught red handed doing summat you shouldnt have been doing then thats fair enough but as you were simply walking your dogs then i would bang some desks & ask for some explanations as to why you were stopped in the first place Just a thought maybe they want to speak to you regarding where you have permission

Also what powers do keepers have to make you wait anywhere ? i very often go out early hours with the dogs i also take a lamp as i have to go down a dark gully to get to the main road

speying comes with its risks as its invasive surgery , and ferrets are small so theres a higher risk of loosing a jill under anesthetic than a hob (castration)

Apart from the more complex stuff like Anemia , common sence stuff like nice clean bedding , clean floor area should stop any infections , but having said that its fairly common for jills to get pyometra after being mated with a v hob To be honest if you plan no litters a all you may as well spey

Thanks again Bigphil Because ferrets are induced ovulators that basically means they need either mating or bringing out of season chemically because the estogen levels reach a point where it can bring on a condition called aplastic anemia, which causes bone marrow problems
