Oh In that case does anyone know of the legal situation involving A/. killing a mermaid in self -defence (in which case see the original post asking for recipes ). B/. the lake i go up to has a website with daily wildlife reports & theres a pic from Oct showing 4 females & there just like the ones i saw , they flew off in the direction of the lake I think i will go up there in the morning & see if i cant see some more

Well i just looked Goosanders up & i am really supprised that the pretty brown ones are the females & the black & cream ones are males . Thanks for the help really pretty birds as well from what i can see

Its the first time i have seen them , there was 4 of the brown headed ones & 3 of the other sort, they flew off after about half an hour & were very wary i couldnt get anywhere near them I did get them taking off but the pics are are crap I saw this as well dont know this bird either

I have looked to see if i can find out what they are but havent got anywhere, some kind of duck for the one with the brown head or widgeon came the closest No idea about the other one it was a sort of creamy colour with a balck head, the pics arnt good so it might be a guess i reccon

Should have had it delivered to your work address I have a feeling that I am also in for the same cold treatment when I open mine tomorrow - well, it won't be the first time ... OTC That makes 2 of us then i have already been grilled about how may folks have brought them , hopefully mine will come when the old mans at work he knows where the shed is

I supprised myself i must admit what i did was add the glow where the sun was in the pic as it was white & not sunny coloured & got rid of some pylon wires that went across the sky Thanks for the replies i will be adding sunshines to all my pics now

as the waethers still crappy in the uk i took this last week & tried to make the best of a crap pic as there were pylon wires all over it Well it cheered me up anyway

have exactly the same problem with my male greyhound , his food is in the dish all of 10 seconds , he eats anything & everything like that & scavenges like you wouldnt belive even after a belly full of grub , worst dog i have ever had for eating things like that
