It's a small world I know Richard who owns the gym lol he used to come up to higher level gym in Scotland a lot.

To be honest mate I would be foolish to underestimate bangers he comes across as a well rounded thai fighter that's not to be laughed at i know first hand that those boys in that game are dangerous, he certainly comes across that he knows what he's talking about.
