And after checking out me, and my cabinet, gave me the OK So my cert should be here in a couple of weeks so im on the look out for a good allround 12g...i would appreciate your opinions on this please... I'll be doing a bit of clay shooting, and a bit of rough/pigeon shooting... The budgets about £500...this could be stretched slightly... Thanks for you help in advance

Do a search for chlorophyll red, its a powder that now dissolves in cold water ( it used to be hot water..)the mixture is then poured into the birds drinker...BUT like all colouring agents it only works if the bird is going through the moult at the time of administration.Do a search for stockists

Hello all Im just in the process of getting my shotgun cert, the new gun cabinets in and im waiting for my visit... So im obviously chomping at the bit for a bit of shooting...Ive read a bit about the NPPC and i was wondering what your experience's were with them, would you recommend them or is it not the way forward for a novice shooter...? Im from South Yorkshire and there would be me and my boy (14) so it would cost me about £150 i think...would i get value for money..?

Been invited to one of these days tomorrow... Its at Catton hall... Im just getting into shooting again...( held a licence over 20 years ago ) ive been blasting a few clays over the last week or 2 at a proper shooting ground and enjoyed it...but i aint that good yet but never heard of this simulated game shooting before....can anybody give me an insight into what im in for...thanks

Its starting to look like the ferrets have been let out...( i suspect by a neighbour who had complained about them chattering in the mornings sometime.) The sandy jill has been returned to us she was found on the next street...and a woman reported finding a white ferret to my local garage, so im trying to find her... So things arnt looking as bad as first thing this morning...and the other good news is i don't have to search very far now to find the culprit... Thanks for your comments lads.

I have been on the phone all morning talking to everybody i know... were all on the lookout...if i find you...i promise to punish you mercilessly... one is a small sandy jill and a white jill...these were kindly given to my 14 year old son by a member of this site last year and have been great first ferrets for my him....i apologise to this member. They left a polecat hob swimming for its life in my water barrel, weather this was done intentionally or not...it was only by shear luck that my daughter heard him try to climb the sides of the barrel from her bedroom that i managed to save

working towards Snowden before the end of the year...trying to give myself a target to help loose weight before i explode Walked a flat 21k yesterday which just sbout killed me, and been up Mam Tor about 2 week ago...not reeady for Snowden yet though im thinking. Look forward to seeing these photo's..

Good luck pal... i hope to get myself fit enough to do the same one day.. Over the last 4 weeks I've started walking a few hills in an attempt to shed a few pound...~(well about 5 stone really ) started with a small fell in the lakes, then Mam Torr, then a hill called Tintwistle Knarr...not very long but steep enough for a old fatty like me Hope you get some great picks to show us, cant wait to see em..
