What is the most witty thing you have seen quarry do to escape the jaws of a running dog ? I once lamped a charlie in a large grass field to the rear of farm buildings. My bitch at the time turned him a few times, the fox knew he was goosed so ran into a shed full of sheep to escape the dog. Sheep scattered everywhere and charlie boy ran out the otherside into the farmyard. One smart fox! atb andri

Chipper doesnt think any lurcher past or present could do 100 in a nights session. His best in a night was 73 and three hares and that was two dogs.He said some of the lurchers he has seen and owned were as good as they come and they werent cabable of it.
