ive been reliably informed, some farmers up here , grant shooting permission, to multiple gun owners,...& heard this is not uncommon. So as a result, some are arguing over ground, & falling out, etc, up here, currently.......a dont have much time for the 'midnight cowboys' , personally (even though a know most of them quite well, now, locally)

Can be a test, alright, in them conditions, mate,....I find it can effect results too (obviously),....can end up a 'mud bath', sometimes ?,....older I get now, my tolerance goes, & I wait till rain clears up a bit !

Aye, that's true. I also feel its at the point , there's more than enough UK, mole trappers, now, (& they have more than filled any void, of the previous main method , of poisoning, etc),......any folk, overly keen to offer 'training courses, etc & maybe suggesting otherwise, are definitely only thinking of the potential easy ££££££s, for themselves, nothing more,....

Know a moleman not far from me, did, although, never had a conversation, regarding, how much work it generated for him. Ive never advertised , always canvassed for my own jobs,etc, then , obviously 'word of mouth'. (never know though, i might have to advertise, in future, if things change, etc ?) When i started way back, i couldnt get the volume of work, i wanted, as a trapper, cause the strychnine boys, had it all,......so it ended up a, sideline,....until, the 'white stuff' got withdrawn 2006, then there was scope here, to come back full time, trapping. I was the ONLY mole trapper

"Never work cheap",.......aye, i think thats probably one of the most important, bits of advice, overall. i can imagine depending on the area & situation, competition factor, etc ,....it could be a 'fine line' whether you WANT to work, for only what you can get, in some instances ? ( i certainly decided too, on occasions in the past,..but i generally DONT recommend),.....thing i find regrettable, is folk catching moles , rabbits etc, FREE , for ' permission, etc ',....of course i understand it, & accept folk are entitled too, whatever approach, they decide ?,....but remember viewing,

my bonus , he says " was hanging up in a bag, in the shed " WTF !! it was 3 f***ing mole traps ! So disappointing, was pissed right off ! lol lol,.........it was, what you call him 'Tilimangros' favourites too, 'Pest stops ',...jeffs probably !,...where is he,...he can have them for Christmas ! lol

well , i know certain farmers really well, now,....(cause moling alot for them , over the years, etc) & to be honest 2 or 3 of them, actually , brought it up, too,....so could tell they were up for it,...but they CERTAINLY arent all like that !,....ive made all the mistakes too, over the years ,.....working too cheap, etc,....one of them,....lead up to last christmas,....was banging on about "keep going, try & account for X amount , for christmas, cause your gettin something extra" ,...right ? ,....so i assumes, great , a must be getting a 'cash' bonus, perhaps ?????,...........(how

minimum £12.50,....its always awkward when it comes to money, for me,...(personally) one farmer payed £15 a mole, (his suggestion,...lol) for the last lot (20) recently,...says it was a kind of bonus, cause was getting near, end of the job, etc,......but then he goes,... "mind the rest should agree similar with you ",..... a goes " aye , right Robert !!,...i will try that one,...(on them all,...like f**k they will !! ha ha ha),.....so im TRYING to get £12.50, off all mine,......wont be easy ! (one im doing now, currently paying it)

Ave, just upped the per mole rate up here, mate (always a tricky thing),....aye, with petrol , bills, food, goods, etc,...all up,...£10 a moles, just not enough, now, for me,......
