    Good for you Leicester hunter, nice looking rifle but I've never seen one in the flesh. Looks like we are near neighbours and I think we may have met and lost touch through another forum, my fault because I liked to stay out too late for you daytime people on my nights off. I know it was a really selfish thing to do but it's not always like that. Did I take you ratting one night in a scrapyard?

    I know I'm unknown here and only ever pass through when I'm looking for something specific but I am on the BBS with the same user name if you want to check my credentials. I have two sets of used but in good nick 2-screw 1" high mounts and am looking for a lower narrower set with one screw that will let me fit a scope lamp mount to a smaller scope. Would like to swap a set with with you. May I suggest we both send by 'Signed for' if yours are 1" and for air/rimfire rails? ATB, Dave. EDIT: Just to confirm the height - if they were stood on a flat surface the bottom of the scope

    Leicestershire force will not condition ANY rimfire for fox as I was cosidering adding a WMR barrel to my Quad, they will only allow "downwards" capability rather than upwards with regard to HO guidelines. So they'd allow vermin for CF and will condition a .22 hornet for vermin, ground game and fox. My brother frequently shoots with me in leicester, his ticket is issued by Devon and Cornwall. His rimmies are conditioned vermin, ground game and fox. So you can guess who takes the shot when he's with me. EDIT: I have a recently opened ticket for air, LR and HMR, the Hornet would only

    Hi Guys, Decided to look in and see whats what. I'm on the PW and BBS and it helps pass the night away. Life's hard for us nocturnal types sometimes. I'll be mostly reading for a while, and I'm reliably informed my humour is slightly left of centre field.
