    ive had x's for bigger stuff didnt rate them for rabbits but fox and deer they worked well very well bit heavy ive thouht of one recently but not going to i recently seen a first cross and it was only ten months old but looks the part think it will do well i think it depends on terrain is well cold weather ect ect

    im not impressed by spaniels for bushing to big for the thick cover i work patterdales make brilliant bush dogs there hard end will tackle anything people say bushing aint work but i say if it works then its working each to there own

    ive heard the best way to bring a digging dog on is to only let it see fox im assumeing so it dont go to earth on rabbit is this the best way so if you got a dog thats good on rabbit does that mean it want be good on fox do you have dogs that do both

    ive seen pats not go to ground mate i suppose its the same as stockbreaking if they go to ground i would say let him learn his trade from the dogs that dont go to ground do not take it with the one that does my dogs will sniff round a hole but want go in it

    been round dogs for as long as i can remember family are all into them me grandad tells me storys of haveing ti hunt for food to live not just for fun or hobby ive had to when been skint he used to sleep under a wagon as a child i think things were just harder then

    i was out with the terriers this morning [prepareing for the weekend ] ive got a mother and daughter team and the daughter does'nt have the drive or the nose of the mother much more obediant lo my discussion is when we breed even lo its worker to worker we sometimes loose the qeulities of a pure breed so i think every few generations put it back to a pure breed whats your thouhts on this i suppose its the same for lurchers to be put bacj to a greyhound not that im a dog breeder i keep to my line for personal use and sell the excess to working homes for next to nothing so if you get

    20 for a roe with a terrier do you have a petterdalexlion thats worth a 100 point's me think's but if people lie that's up to them anyone genuine up for a bit of fun would'nt remember just what terrier's kill no lurcher catty's wife' dirty knicker's or anti air craft missile's just terrier's and it is hard to catch a rabbit with just a couple of terriers so im not bothered if i have 1 2 or none but it's good to compare to share we all become more wiser but if people lie to big there dog's up then there dog's cant be much cop so it'll be in there own mind i don't need to big mine up im happy wi
