    No, this is not correct. The only animal where this does apply is deer - the Deer Act specifically states that expanding ammunition must be used. Other animals are afforded no such protection, and thus the use of FMJ is legal. In some circumstances it is a useful tool (though personally I wouldn't, I like being humane), for example shooting an animal where you intend to keep the pelt. sorry but it was changed a few years ago you cant buy exspanding ammo if you dont have it on your certificate and it also states fmj is for target shooting only

    if your looking for a 22 subsonic with a high capacity mag have a look at the calico 22lr its mag holds 100 rounds it does not like high velocity ammo ,the mag sits under the scope mount, the only bother is reloading the mag same port as ruger 10/22

    Hi i have two big hobs and they are very energetic i feed them then about an hour or two later after they have had a nap i take them in the house and let them run about the room chaseing each other till they start to slow down then i sit on the floor and play with them they have never bit to hard to cause bleeding when they do bite to hard i make the breathing sound they make and they stop one has even had my ear lobe in its mouth without even a scratch, ps i have done this every day since they were 8 weeks old

    ask your firearms department to add deer to your fac it may cost £26 but its better than a big fine and no gun

    may swap for a good air rifle kit ,you must have a shotgun certificate

    if you have a black & decker work bench or something similar put it in the work bench clamping it tight enough to hold the gun then adjust tthe bench to line up with a target then release the gunn load it put it back in the bench looking thru the scope at the target shoot then adjust the scope turrets till your cross hair is on the hole in the target that way you will find out if you are at fault when shooting

    Hi try Deben.co.uk i have one of the percussion jackets that i bought in september 07 and its still going strong i also bought a pair of trousers same make and they are the same, the jacket has a built in hood and lots of pockets plus a game pocket on the back witch i have had 3 large hares in plus two grouse

    if you mean shot size its sg each cartridge contains 9 balls they are 8.5mm each if i remember correctly

    the best fox call are the acme ones as they can be used for long distance calling and close range i have shot a fox with a .243 then used the call loudly again haveing another fox come after 15 to 20 min
