    i am 16 at the moment and 17 next may, i wanted to know how old i would need to be to get a FAC. i would like to get a rimfire .22 as i have used them before, i have no idea which one to get and with a relatively low budget some advice would be apreciated on that side of things as well, at the current moment in time i only have the one farm to shoot on and i would be using it for rabbits, foxes, other small vermin. would this be enough ground (over 500 acres) andany other information that could help me, there is a wealth of knowledge on here and i would like as much help as a can

    you have to many turns on the eye of the tealer, also you have just looped the twine on the peg. which will slacken and pull off, you should have cut a notch in the peg and turned the loops back to back then attached the twine, i have cut a loads of 7.5 inch hazel pegs now and they are drilled and hold well a couple of bunnines through already, i gave it that many turns as the wire seeme quite soft (its inly 2 mm)where do you get 2.5 mm non tensile? i have had 2 rabs on the so they work but they can be improved. thanks for the advice rob

    the net comes tied up with some string but you need to buy the cord for it i will bring mine down the weekend if i can find somepoles foitand show ywhat the stuff i bought is like it will be good to see one first cheers i will ask the farmer if its ok to bring another person on to the permission tomorrow it should be fine

    i caught two bunnies in my own snares today i made them after woogdas DVD and as it was not frozen last night the bunnies ran i caught one in a 6 strand and one in a 4 strand i got one but the crow got the other never mind eh! hopefully more to come tight wires rob

    When you buy sheet netting does it always come withh the top and bottom threaded and tied up? what is the lowest z (whatever that stands for) you cna use for a ggod longnet? how do you tie a drop net, differently to a longnet? thanks rob

    Whys that then? Do you prefer blokes i was thinking thesmae thing lol. i have a guy comig to my permission with ferrets soon to get rid of some rabbits where a cant snare, but amongst the rabbit holes are what look like badger holes, quite a few of them. i was wondering would rabs live this close to badgers or what, there are fresh signs of rabs around ie droppings and scrapes but are they living there. and therer are also a lot of small holes, notr main holes round the badger ones arethese for air?

    i dont know anything about ratting but just out of interest why wouldntyou use a smoker in soil
