What sort of question is that? I go out of my way to make sure that my dogs don't interfere with my neighbours for them to moan in the first place, and if they did do something to upset my neighbours I'd be apologetic and make sure that the dogs wouldn't do the same again. It's being responsible mate. Thats right but this guy is peddling dogs and hes got a complaint after years of having no respect for his neighbours and the dogs..... so it needs sorting out
