  1. I like that, but it's a fair bit out of my price range
  2. Would you take £45 posted? If not, what's the lowest you would go? Cheers
  3. Are they a generous 34? I'm 34/36 you see...
  4. Have you any photos of the bottoms, and sizing info mate?
  5. If anyone fancies a crack at it: http://www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk/Internet/v...p;ref=RHY/42922
  6. ***BUMP*** Looking for £130 delivered, could arrange for pickup, or may consider splitting. Anyone?

  8. Bit unfair really that, because there'll be plenty patriotic who don't/can't serve... And thus do other things, which they see as their bit for the country.
  9. No way you can deactivate it and keep it as an ornament? Or better still, I'd have it off you as an ornament
  10. If I could get hold of a certificate, I'd have that like a shot I really hope you sell it mate
  11. I'd consider the SV 650 then if you are after keeping it for a while... Once restrictors are out, you've another 40ish bhp to play with. And if you get bored of that, there's a company (Holeshot racing maybe?) that does 800cc big bore kits
  12. I have one of these, very good gun
  13. Age plays a part, although I was under the impression the NC24 was the VFR earlier model, NC25 was a Bros? Don't forget, Honda had loads of 400s, VFR, RVF, CBR, Bros, CB, to name ones I can think of. The ones which are "Grey" are imports, although I was always under the impression CBR's were always imports? You'll also need to take your time, because everyone had the same idea, bought them, run them without the maintenance knowledge in 90% of cases, and then flog it on. Always be aware that plastics are going to cost you about the same as the bike if you bin it
  14. If you do look at a supermoto, consider a DRZ400SM or similar, as they're not as fickle as the more competition orientated machines But consider the posts in your other thread
  15. SV650 good starter bike Wouldn't look at an RS250 for your first big bike - 2 stroke = expensive oil + 4x4 running costs + rebuilds = Skint. That and the fact insurance is likely to be ridiculous on them. You want a 4 stroke for your first bike. I'd even consider something like a CB500/ER5/GS500 for a year, learner schools all over the country can't be wrong
  16. If you would have got £300 for yours, I would have put mine up for sale at £250 Good luck with sale, at least your price is getting more realistic now
  17. The father in law gets a good crop 'o' toms every year, he does use a greenhouse though. Maybe that's why? They're good quality toms too...
  18. £125 a year to shoot? I suppose it's only £10 a month, but I'd be interested to know how accurate the quote is "You're never more than 10 miles away from a farm on our scheme"...
  19. It's fair decent. I used it to get rid of some stuff from a house I was emptying.
  20. Employers have a duty of care to pay your wages, part of the contract drawn up at the start of your employment. Obviously you may get it a day or two late now and again, but if it's a regular thing, he's breaking his side of the contract.
  21. Does he pay you cash? And are you classed as self employed?
  22. If it's down in the contract, it should give you the payment terms, including when. If he's not sticking to this, he's breaking his side of the contract. Simple as that.
