Here's a couple of photos from there. There's obviously more birds than these, but these photos are the best ones without having anyone who is in my clan on. As I said previously, it's worth a look, and it's all for a good cause, the guys do it out of love for the birds, and aren't money driven. When 7 of us turned up, they spent plenty of times going over everything, they made it so the kids could understand, and were very friendly.

Cheers again. So, if it is over it's likely to be a home tuned jobby. So I assume it would be Ok to have it taken down if needs be, as it isn't likely to be registered as needing an FAC? Thanks for the advice again.

Thanks for your reply. I don't know the history behind his gun, so it may be tuned, may not. I know he's concerned if it is over the limit though. I'll pass on the details to him. Another question is, if it is over, is it likely to have been done properly or home tuned? Not asking for details on how to tune it, just if it's easy enough for Joe Bloggs to have done it? Thanks again.

Seen them but have no need for one but at that price they are undenyably worth a try. Look solid to and definitely the cheapest I've ever seen. Yup, spotted them when we ended up in Aldi last week. Seem decent made, but as said, the tripod isn't up to much, but I suppose you could always buy a camera tripod, as it's only a threaded fixing.

Hi all, How hard is it to tune or detune a Mk1 Rapid 7, and whats the costs associated with it? Or is it a "How long's a piece of string" type question? Asking on behalf of a friend who has one, and it looking to get it chronod. Also, what's the procedure on a gunsmith chrono'ing it and finding it over the limit? If it's under I'm assuming that the gunsmith will turn the power up a bit if asked, but just curious as to what would happen if the gunsmith finds it over the limit? Or is it dependant on the gunsmith? Cheers.

Hi all, Just thought I would let you know of a place in Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan, where there is a birds of prey centre. I visited today with the family, after I heard about it last week, and thought I would pop down and visit. The centre is run off the guys love of birds, not profit, one of the blokes who took us round has been involved with birds of prey since he was 6 years old - He's over now! They also look after Donkeys that work Blackpool beach during the off season, but they are extending the range of birds they have in, and will hopefully have more done by summer. They had var

Hi all, I'm considering taking some form of insurance out, but I have a couple of questions: 1> Who has renewed in the last few weeks/months, who with, and how do they rate them? How much has it set you back, and what perks/cover do you get? 2> I assume it's easier to take insurance out, then present it to landowners when asking for permission, rather than asking and saying you'll take insurance if they give you use of their land. I remember when they first stopped selling BB guns, then it spread to paintball guns too. I think it's a good step in one way, for the knife crime, but it punishes the genuine people, like most of them do.

Only ones I don't have a problem with taking Bonuses are Barclays, because they aren't state funded. But the ones which have begged for money, giving bonuses? Like shi'ite they should. Staff on the shop floor, maybe a small one. Ones who do all the stock market palaver, no chance.

Reading another topic, apparently RM will post as long as it's below 12ftlbs. DHL are also qualified (or whatever the word is) to carry firearms. IIRC, RM charge just shy of £20 for postage. All the best mate.

Hi all, Got a Radioshack Pro 74 scanner I'm getting rid of, comes with an extendable aerial.
