So far so good,was bloody chuffed today. Got a few good spots to get her entered so just a matter of bringing her down a bit more.She's taking a lot more interest in everything that moves now as well but not baiting at them yet. With her being my first spar as well it makes it all the more rewarding!

Flew her free today for the first time. Every recall instant.She was 9.5 oz this morning. need to shave a little more off to get her entered.Should be down a tad tomorrow. To say I'm chuffed is a real understatement! :D

for food for my ferrets if i cud aford locater id get 1 hate leeving good food i thorght id pist them all gess i mist 1 i didnt no what it was so put up that pik now i no thanks Hi mate I read in another post of yours that your'e after a harris? I would go easy if you can't afford a locator,The bird is going to set you back around £250 plus all the equipment,furniture,mews and then vet bills! If you don't want your bird lost you'll need telemetry which is gonna cost you £300+ second hand. Just some food for thought mate thats all

Just get an untouched bird off of a decent breeder,that way you have nobody elses problems.

How you boys keep your cool will never cease to amaze me!! Some of the replies I have read in this section begger belief, that a person who proports to flying a bird can come out with such crap. Keep at it boys and remember ILLIGTITIMI NON CARBRUNDUM Never let the barstewards grind you down. Dafydd, good luck with the Goss this year. I have never flown one. To be honest never had the balls. If it does come good for you then you will be in for a treat. TC Gets worse doesn't it! :clapper: its not as bad as your thread yet mate , i hope they dont come here thats

how long she got left till hard penned mate , is she doing any lure work yet She knows what the lure is,but i'm not going to fly her to it if I can help it.She is very keen on the fist I reckon a few days to penning

he a welder , only got 1 arm carnt remember his name i think its nigel but a very nice bloke , hes turning 5 this month Was he part of a breeding pair? I think he breeds hh as well. Look forward to seeing him fly mate. Bet your made up. thats the guy , hes got a couple of breeding harris there and he was part of a breeding pair i did have second thoughts about getting him but when i arrived and seen him i wanted him , very steady ive had worse harris hawks than him no bating on the glove no footing or aggresion and he is p/r and not touched for 8 months, ate off the glove
