I dont think indoors or outdoors makes a better dog, the important thing is that you give it a good life. A dog is not going to give up the thrill of the chase just because it is kept indoors. Keeping it indoors doesnt mean it has to sleep in your bed or eat off your dinner plate and if it is your only dog and you kept it outside whats it going to learn on its own?
