  1. Marshman & Francie Thank you. Plucky I know Thanksgiving isn't celebrated there but thank you for the well wishes. And everyone else, we all have much to be thankful for, even with our everyday hardships. The fact that you are on here reading this whether you agree or not,is evidence that you are blessed, even though you may not think so. Always be thankful for what you have because the value of it will be realized when it's gone.
  2. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and their families. May GOD bless you with good times and memories. Be safe craig

  7. Starting outVery nice. She looks like a male. Are there many smooth lakelands? Cause I've seen a couple I'd call Patterdale myself but seen the owners call them Lakeland. Thanks
  8. Lee &THNice dogs. Apache A very tough looking worker there.
  9. Since the Show us your Patterdales thread is still going strong with fresh dogs I'd hoped that this one would too.Anymore have any to add? I'd love to see them. uru
  10. A long time question for sure.I remember having a hard coated black female that was Gould bred.a long time terrier man told me she was a black lakeland. To this day this topic confuses me haha.
  11. Some of the best working dogs I've seen were undershot. I'd made a post about this awhile back. Unless it's so bad it prevents the dog from working properly I don't see a problem with it. I can't remember who( maybe Dave Harcombe?) wrote that an under bite is like an upside down scissor bite. And I agree. Surely in a perfect world we would have the perfectly conformed proper bite dogs. But that's not always the case. While many good terriers are of good conformation, there are many great dogs that are less than perfect in structure. I'd rather have a solid undershot dog than one
  12. Hey Malito,I hope all is well. Welcome back.
  13. Dave Mac Thank you. I've never seen a border in person but have read and heard about their coat. And toughness of skin almost a hide.thank you
