another tit thats has never worked a whippet if you think that we could meet up for a hunt some day or night and see what looks stupid You bring a whippet on to the yorkshire dales, cumbrian fells, in winter and it will curl up and shiver its face off, fact! Seen it happen to many times. Even one of my long haired small lurcher curls up..... For that kind of terrain in winter they are not hard enough... THANKS you lot have just answered a disscussion about whips ive been having

that does make sense , we wont breed unless theyve proved themselfs to be good uns so as much as people think it dont matter most are bred from good uns anyway

also do they just get to good ,,, i gave a jill to a mate who needed a ferret that was garanteed to dig almost everytime , ive got her sons here know an there looking good

ferrets and blood lines ,,, ive kept my line for 20 odd years with the odd out cross ,,, do people think ferrets are just ferrets and all will do a good enough job... or when it gets rough the blood lines show , if working the ferret 1 day by not feeding the day before do you think the performence is better , or worse ?
