ive heard that a ferrets small adapts to its living quaters like they don't smell as bad if they live in the house from a young age bu thats what ive heard.. dont know if its true or not??? anybody else any experience??? jon

i would just stick to the vets advice mate.. but keep him warm. plenty water. and some food if he decides to build his energy up to eating thats all i can say mate.. hope he pulls through for you.. jon

trust me love any ferret with half a brain could sort a rat without a problem..... just got to get hld in the right place and thats brave of you to put your hand down an hole for a rat dead or not.. my opinion leave the ferret to do its job and it will be fine.. ATB jon -

depends on what wood it is mate... like pine is fine.. its when you start using MDF and unnatural wood thats when they start getting breathing problems... ATB with them mate jon...

mate you could of put them in soon as you got them he won't kill them.. hes just excited and hormonal.. i put my kits and mother back in withthe hb when they are 6 week old.. ATB jon

a woman from round my way takes them in and adopts them out but wants to view your home first to see if she approves and she doesnt adopt them to people that work them.. and if you went in my back garden it would be quite obvious what i want them for lol... im still f*cking fuming mate honest i avent been this pissed off in a long time.. and this c*nt is my cousin... jon

i you bred a litter of ferrets a couple of years ago and gave 3 away to either a good friend or even family... if you went out with them every weekend of the season. if this guy was intending on giving ferreting up and getting rid of them. is it only the right thing to do is ask the guy you bred them off first to see if he wanted them back???? before giving them to a RESCUE CENTRE or is that just me???? opinions wanted... jon

if the chicken is big enough the will all get a share anyway.. dont know what all the fuss is about its common sense.. why have seven ferrets if you dnt know how to feed them?? its beyond me. good luck with it anyways.. jon
