you can still see what your looking at as normal whether it's through the eye piece or the little telly but you will need to turn it upside down to play it back, and if you put it on your computer you can rotate it with a video editer thingy, Liam..
ive had a pc9-e but sold it for spares and repairs when it stopped recording and now have a pc5-e that seem identical apart from the batteries look abit smaller so i may need to get a backup battery. but got the same chip as the pc9-e so should be just as good as it, but you will need a decent ir laser or lamp to use with it(incase you never knew this), Liam..

getting eye shine out to 70/80 yrds but al depends on the extra ir you use, it's best setting the focus to whatever range your going to be shooting and try and leave it or you will be forever messing about with it, side paralax is best as you can fine tune it using that rather than adjusting the bresser all the time. they do take some getting used to tho as it's in black and white rather than the usual green.
i made a scope adapter to attach my bresser to my airrifle scope and had a few rabbits with it up the allotment at ranges up to 40 yrds, if i remember right though i had to keep adjusting the focus but was still usable, i just bought a piece of ir filter and cut it to the shape of my deben and used that as my infra red, Liam..
