    There's digging and there's digging just like I could take my old half blind bull Cross out and catch hares on the lamp but he'd hardly put a bend in on a good winter hare. There's different levels to the digging game. Take your unfit terriers to massive deep sprawling places where the stuff has been dug before and you'll be digging to a dead dog or it'll jack.

    Im well out of my depth when talking about these things but surely an industry as big and well financed as the oil industry can weather a drop in profits for a year or two with out driving prices up to claw back what they lost. Like i said I know nothing about these things other than less money in my pocket at the end of the week.

    Id probably agree with you regarding lurchers but when it comes to terriers I've never dug to a scatter bred that would put a patch on the line bred or inbred stuff.
