True,but i'm not talking about postage stamp sized grounds but very large areas,it is interesting to see the different reports on bunnies, i like most people have areas where numbers have crashed though this was mainly due to an unusual bout of mixie last spring which the breeding adults were hit hard in some area's, and other areas are doing worse with suspect VHD and they are noticeable from there complete absence!. I love rabbiting with gun and dog and ferreting and it makes up most of my sport until the main shooting season is over, but along with some friends we proactively protect this

What part was that then cant see that post of yours anywhere in this fred only the bit where you jump on mine? all i am saying is why would you want to call a dog off a fox unless its for tea and biscuits the dog is there to do what it is breed for working a fox till it is dug or it has bolted only thing i could think of if you was calling you dog out is if you new it was on a rabbit and there was a chance it would come out ? you said yeh what ever you say, a bitch iv just retired has stayed to ground for 7 or so hours working away at her quarry at a dig that was only 2 shovel

shouting dogs out thats funny if any of my dogs came away from its quarry i would not class them as a fox dog the best dogs i have had have done anything from a day to 3 days to there fox and the dogs i am on about that have done 3 days could kill a fox very fast ive had some easy digs with them at 2 foot and broke in to the fox dead thats the sort of dog i like cos i no when he is to ground be it 1 foot or 15 foot he is doing his or her job very well and i no when i break in to the tube the fox is in a stop end with no where to go cant do with these dogs on big digs or small where you got to
