Just checked and looks like I got it wrong ; heads is obverse and tails is reverse, so yeah, I guess everyday IS a school day !

    Cheers.

Well i know if i came out with " Obverse or Tails " to any of my lot it would be met with a prolonged " ooooooohhh " so think i'll stick with heads or tails.

My ole fella died with it but not of it, had it for 8 years before his death, shrank it with radio therapy and regular check ups.

Sorry to hear that but yes ive heard of people having it 15/20 years and dying with it and not of it......i believe they are currently rethinking the process in terms of testing/telling people they actually have it at that very early stage......the thinking being it can cause years and years of worry and stress for no real reason.

The “uncrowned” Charles 50p are the ones in general circulation, and they are not “undated”, look carefully on the obverse (opposite side to “heads “ and you will see a tiny year date, and they are worth ….50p.

    The limited edition “coronation 50p “ has a crowned head and the obverse is Westminster Abbey;

Theres far less of them in circulation and they are worth approximately £2:50 to collectors.

I managed to get 20 for ten quid from a post office when they first came out.

They are with a “Rupert Bear Parliament” and two “ Brexit “ 50p’s that will go to my grandson.

    Cheers.

So its actually " heads or obverse " these days not " heads or tails " ........every days a school day and all that.

how longs he been there 6 week? 8 week camp most likely going to rest the last week look at pics of the shape he’s in best shape since klitschko id say first ones ngganou last to is now he was coming in light you don’t put that effort in if you cutting your eye to pull out lol E797890B-90E4-4AA6-8353-11C32D00349D.png.e87518fb623e9f13f7eccf9077dfa789.png81C4ABC7-F6E8-4F72-AC91-5BF6D4C2F334.png.db0892eedc83f5b0cb44b3cc46865479.png643AA95D-1206-43C7-919F-B4B182CA3740.png.c678757a4aa4d2d40fcdfe3ca72c5b3e.png

Do you know the date of them pictures then ? besides which,if you can tell a fighters actual level of fitness from a photograph you must really know your shit !....i have no idea how long he's been in camp but i say again, the fact he is still hard sparring 2 weeks out tells me he hasnt put the early work in and is playing catch up.....he isnt the first and wont be the last but having ducked this fight 3 times already last year nobody could be faulted for thinking Fury has simply been aging Usyk out.....lets face it even his own trainer said he had lied about being in training camp last year i guess its something people will believe whatever they want.....but the fact is this is the 4th time Fury has pulled the plug on this fight.

  5. Surprising that is....wasnt that long ago that you'd hear " we should be the same as the Ozzies on immigration ".....just go's to show.

Ive said for a while now people who dont believe white people are under attack are either blind, stupid or they're in on it !

  6. A friend of mine got diagnosed with prostate cancer last year so i did a bit of research on it they reckon 80% of men over the age of 75 die with ( not necessarily of ) prostate cancer.....my pal is having what they call " active surveillance " so has his psa checked regularly, as long as the cancer stays within the prostate itself he'll need no treatment....its a lot more common they we think.

  7. I think you chaps are being a bit harsh......keeping in mind City paid 45 mill for him are we to assume they dont know what they're looking at,theres no chance of a permanent signing remember......just because a player cant get into probably the greatest side in world football at the moment doesnt mean he aint up to much and doesnt mean he couldnt do a job or be a good fit for my little Hammers.

When the Hammers are away I often go down to Billericay and although they’ve dropped down, it’s still a good turn out and set-up there.

I always enjoy seeing and speaking to the old boys at these types of clubs who’s been following them for donkeys years and sport their little club badges like Uncle Albert’s war medals. Proper sense of community

They’ve a few players, the right back in particular who’s stands out at that level

Its a cracking little ground and a nice club,it was a sharp little learning curve for a few of us when silly bollocks was there as it became clear to anyone around the club probably fans as well that just hurling money at it just isnt the way to run a football club.....he just wouldnt take advice and wanted to do everything himself when he just had no idea of the mentality of sports people ( and why would he having never been a sportsman ).....bringing in old ex pros on 3 grand a week not only belittles young talented players but gives those ex pros a nice little armchair to hold up in while de - motivating everybody else !......it was sold to investors as " 4th tier football league within 5 years " and everybody was riding the wave.......5 years later the clubs been relegated the investors all pulled out and the owner went on the run 😂......i shouldnt laugh really they're good knowledgeable fans down there they deserve more.

I think it's great lads like you put a few quid in  and get involved in leagues like this for the benefit of the club and community rather than as you say cashing in on the land it's surprising how much talent is in those leagues and the passion just to play football fair play to you for investing in grass roots I wish your team every success

Thankyou squire.......in any sport young prospects have always interested me more than elite level, the thought of the next Ian Wright,Jamie Vardy....Bowen/Antonio down the Hammers who were all discovered playing at this level really excites me......and as you say the passion and desire both on the pitch and in the stands is a nice reminder of what most of us originally fell in love with about sport.

  10. Strange couple of games for the Hammers i thought we played quite well in patches yesterday against United and got trounced yet our performance against Bournemouth was just about our worst of the season and we nicked a draw....certainly missing a few players,Paqueta's creativeness in particular......also i think Moyes made a ricket starting Philips against Bournemouth he was nowhere near match fit and the mistake probably knocked the lads confidence being his debut, poor management that was i thought.

the heavyweight scene is bigger than fury lol

your 2 week out sparring shit happens don’t it

you really think he trained for

    months got

    in good shape

and then cut his own eye give his self a black eye all so he doesn’t have to fight for a few month ?

lol your crazier then i thought lol

How do you know what sort of shape he was in ?......its glaringly obvious to me that he wasnt in as good shape as he'd liked to have been in or he wouldnt of been hard sparring 2 weeks out from the biggest fight of his life......most fighters with a 10 week camp behind them will be tapering down 3 weeks out body sparring at most......thats not to say the cut is faked or anything is untoward but it certainly wont hurt Fury to have the fight put back and he knows it......if his camp had all been on course and timings were right then the reality is that sparring partner would never get work again !

Azeez / Buatsi .. decent scrap, called it right @gnasher16

I think Azeez went into sparring mentality.....when you've sparred someone as much as them two lads have sparred each other its hard to get out of the pattern that your spars take.....its a good competitive division some good fights to be made there.

How many times does he get the benefit of the doubt? To fcuk with him, a messer, Usyk should never entertain the clown again.

Im inclined to agree.....nothing can be done about a cut he wouldnt get cleared by the doc this close to a fight, but there just seems too many coincidences throughout Furys career to keep giving him the benefit of the doubt he's ruined the division pretty much single handed the rest should just give him a wide berth now i cant imagine too many promoters will want to be around him.

Anyway never mind all that....really looking forward to the Buatsi - Azeez contest tomorrow, good domestic dust up im hoping for a Dan Azeez win as he's a good lad with an interesting style....but think Buatsi might just know a bit too much for him.

  16. Do you not have to get the birds out of the area with them smoke tablet things ?......you're not gonna want that with nesting birds surely.

Looks a nice little environment that but as Bangers said natural light could be an issue with Goldies ? unlike like Canaries i found the Goldies hard work to breed myself, best of luck with it though.

Not sure what level your team is but most seem passionate about football genuine football lads are in the lower leagues but I had a conversation with a lad that played to a good level he said junior league's there's plenty of players and teams but  adult teams are far less now since so many pubs and leagues have shut but I do like the full hearted tackles without the rolling round that lower league brings

Its only Isthmian League mate,i have a few other business interests in the area so just made sense as a lifelong footie nut to get involved with the club....the biggest risk to non league clubs is being purchased and then run into the ground as little more than a land grab for housing developments, particularly in this area where land/property is expensive.....the Fa offer no protection below tier 6 so a clubs legal affairs have to be in order we recently got an " Asset of Community Value " order on the ground which i think is essential for the stability of the club/staff etc

These leagues are full of feeder clubs to the National League and lower leagues so theres plenty of talent and its all good honest competition,im really enjoying it.

As you can see I’m struggling badly with all this “success” stuff, I feel all out of sorts and don’t know my arse from my elbow….can we just stick to well supported small club please, otherwise I’ll have a meltdown !

As you know mate very few Hammers fans over the age of about 30 would ever dream of booking ourselves anything other than a little local club with a good following....its only these new young lot ( and you ) that ever wanted to be a big club 😉😂

Just watched the edited highlights of a couple of your teams games mate, I like them !

Thats entertaining stuff, nice and aggressive front foot football you are playing there, and the quality is decent…..fantastic mate.

That centre forward of yours is a bit of a monster isn’t he ! Bloody hell, he must be 7ft tall.

" Ladders " you mean 😂.....think he's around 6 ft 7....he'd be at 8 ft 7 if he ever decided to jump !

He's a good lad Brian started off at Grays as a kid, been a good servant to non league footie in this area.....its not bad  though is it mate, pitches could be better though saying that our ground is one of the better ones....i dont get involved in anything coaching wise what do i know but yes its a style of football most clubs at this level play and makes for good competitive entertainment.

Newcastle wanted him but City wanted £7 million loan fee for the rest of the season and Newcastle to pay his full wages, with no option to buy.

I think they would have went for it if there had been an option to buy, but decided it wasn’t worth it just to be back at square one in the summer and still needing a new midfielder.

    Cheers.

Think the lad just wants regular football at this stage of his career.....or maybe he just wanted to get a game for a big club eh ! 😂
