Further to your phone call about only one of the wellies turning up in the post I emailed royal mail to complain about the other one going missing, they are going to investigate it but asked why I didn't post them together so I told them that only 1 in each parcel would save money on postage. They told me that it would of been cheaper to post them together and that way the 1 that went missing wouldn't of:wallbash: . So now I have put in for compensation but they will only pay for a pink size 8 instead of a green size 10:icon_eek:. I shall phone them again on monday to complain:gunsmilie: as a
