  2. Yeh mate, ill put the pics up as soon as i get that cam sorted. All thou shes quick shes does lack a touch of turning ability, as she has overun a few rabbits. But i think that this with come with age and expierence. She's got a lovely chocolate brown colour has many people seen many of these coloured lurchers around? RS

  5. Went out this morning before first light for a mooch with a mates jack russel bitch, shes 9 months old now and coming on great. Anyway we started working the cover where there is usually a few bunnys hanging around hoping for a bolt to my bullgreyhound bitch which is 8 months and my bullwhippet x beddywhippet which is nearly 10 months old. The terrier worked this cover for ages without nothing bolting but was reluctant to come out, we heared the terrier baying when a very small fox came running out with the two lurchers instanting giving chase.   7. Thanks for the advice guys, ive read alot about the plummer and i must admit i like the sound of them. Im in no rush to get a terrier so ive got plenty of time to do my homework on them. I let you all know what i decide to get. If there is anyone with litters of good pups out there let me know thou.
  8. Hey guys, my lurchers are coming on great now ferreting and lamping. But when their a bit older or perhaps next season i want to get a terrier to do a bit of bushing and perhaps the odd ratting trip. Are there any particular breeds of terrier that people find best for this job. Aint got much experience with terriers so any help and pics would be great. Happy Hunting RS

  11. Just wondering if anyone has seen or owned a springer spaniel x grayhound or whippet. As spaniels have excellent scenting ability, soft mouthed and retrieve naturally. I would be interested to see any pics people may have of one and what they were like. HAPPY HUNTING RS

  13. Ive got a chocolate coloured bullx, shes five months and is the most obidient dog ive had. Shes already brought back a mixy rabbit back to hand whilst out walking her the other day. And she has the most loveing nature. RS

  16. I got a six month old pup at 21 inches think he'll grow much taller? He's a collie/whippet x beddlington/whippet greyhound with a bit of bull thrown in. thanks RS
  17. Ive got a 4 1/2 month old collie/whippet x bedy/bull greyhound stands at 20 inches to the shoulder. To young to do anything with him this season but may give him a run or two in the new year. All the best guys this season, Happy hunting RS

  19. Hey guys ill be putting up my kennel soon thinking bout getting another dog perhaps a pup. My question is that the lurcher i got at the moment is a male but id like to get a male bull cross too will they be ok together or would it be better to get a bitch? RS

  22. I had a sandy/silver coloured ferret this year out of two polecats too mate. Ill line him with a small albino next season. Not long now season nearly here............ RS

  24. I used to have a hob that was an excellent worker, never had to dig to him. But my first choice would be a jill, so that i could use a big hob as a liner.
