    I got my pup at 19 weeks and i thought it would be a little too late for her learn to be with the ferrets so i just let her around the cage/run for an hour a day to see how she reacted and she seemed fine around them, then i opened the lid to the run and let the ferrets run around above her eye level on the roof to their sleeping compartment and she was fine again, Just slowly let her have more time and more interaction with them and i feel she is fine with them now. She is 28 weeks and they are all eating and drinking out of the same dishes. I would never leave her alone with them though. C

    The answer to your question mate is yes it is to young, give it time to be a pup. Mine didn't start chasing things till she was about 22 weeks but she retrieves whatever i throw for her everytime.

    I wouldn't want my ferrets trained to kill, That only encourages digging. I want mine to get them bolting with no messing around.

    I am selling up my gun kit as i have no time to use it now as i am putting all my time into my pup. It is an air arms S200 in .22. It comes with a brand new hills pump, silencer, nikon sterling gold crown 4-12x50 AO scope, 10 shot conversion with two magazines, logun mounted lamp (needs a new lead, or repairable to someone with better soldering skills than me!) with battery and charger and a gun bag. located in south yorkshire (Rotherham/sheffield/barnsley/doncaster) face to face and will deliver or meet within reason £350 Cheers Dean 07920105492

    no need to feed them dry biscuits just cos its summer, feed them meat when the sun goes down and anything that is left in the morning remove from the run
