After a phone call on Friday night I decided to try and knock over another few goats for the farmers.On Saturday morn I left at 6.30.a.m. and hit the hills at just after 7.40.Gun loaded and ready for action,Taz jumping with joy at being out and about.From 8.30 the heat was unreal which made for very hard going.We tried all the usual places and then sread out left and right but after 4 hrs of searching I decided to hell with them,I went back to the van and around the other side of the mountain into the forestry.Left the gun and walked down into the valley.It was a very good test for Taz as the

Hello Neil.Ive heard theres a few in the north also with Shadow blood going good.The funny thing about him was he was a small dog,,he had the blood though without doubt.Some age for a dog eh?18 yrs.

That bitch and I traveled about the country a fair bit scent,she never even slowed down till she hit 8 yrs old and then she had to retire,but had 2 good rested years after that

I bred one litter of russell X's just to see if shed be a good mother,I went to a very good working terrier and they never ammounted to much to be truthfull.Most were extremely dog aggressive and 1 or 2 too large for earth work.The first time she came into season she was 5 years old,I crossed her with the russell that year,the next year I bred her to Shadow and due to circumstances I never got to get a pup from the litter,she then never came back into season for the next 3 years.When she did come into season she was retired and not in the best of health and I decided to let her go without bre

thanks for that hepher,.heres something just to put your mind at ease, her sire was rocky my dear and her dam an imported APBT,if you check out her offspring you'll see some went on to be handy enough ould dogs.There was good breeding on both sides of those pups,but your probably more of an expert on them than me so I bow to your knowledge

heres my name sake,Jigsaw.She was a good oul girl at her job.I found a few old photos the other night,thought you might find them different The pups were from the late TL's SHADOW dog,some of which went on to be ok animals.
