thanks spade and freem,BH its all part of working dogs.you pray to god it doesnt happen to you but over time things like this pop up regardless.Im just going to look out for a replacement in the coming months now,start the search again for a companion worker,let the young lad get involved again with rearing a new dog pup.

tom I need a dog that blends in with all the weird shit I get up to,lol.i think if you introduce the dogs to stuff in a steady and methodical way they can surprise you and adjust to many jobs.the thing they dont adjust to is how hard and steadfast these trees are.lol.

im thinking im going to be looking out for a 1st sal/greyhound later on,no more light boned dogs for me,this is the 2cd time its happened,many years apart thankfully.A strong,big boned 1st x will do me I think.

the longer the day goes on the more sickening it becomes,what the hell can you do in these situations but grin and bear it.I left him where he fell,and believe it or not I was telling a member on here tyhe likelyhood of this happening up there with a dog,it came back to bite me in the ass fairly quickly.

Had a call from willy yesterday,a large new herd of smellies had appeared out of nowhere and was munching on the hils just a donkeys roar from his grazing land,so could I have a gander and shoo them up the hills a bit.Rose this morning at 7.30.and the son and I decided to bring the 1st x sal/hound and scout the gaskin bred dog for a look about and if the oppertunity arose maybe have a run on them.we drove to the abandoned farm and parked up.We walked a bit and through the gorse,the dogs walking loose,Sonic climbed the ridge above us and he was intently staring at something so we decided it bes

2 dogs stolen outside mallow today,seems the games back on again,attempted robbery of 2 dogs in the southern suburbs of cork city,cant say the latter is 100% but the 1st bit is cause hes a mate of mine.I had a transit call to the door today but was not home.might be just a coincidence but its fukin about time again.the neighbours let them know they were spoted.
