I was in the kitchen of a Indian food kitchen/cigarette importers last week, kitchen was beautifully clean, however the Moroccan place is a takeaway front of house, you go behind the counter past the food prep area down a short corridor to a dingy type of hookah pipe place, the type of place north Africans meet to chew the fat and see men about dogs, that's where you eat semi-cooked chicken ???

To be fair my first thought was he is wearing Elton John's watch, but your spot-on, Liberace had far more panache ?
