Quarrels and arrows are measured by kinetic-energy,I have hunted with a blow-gun,your correct,your not allowed to do so nowadays as the Blow-gun is classified as a fire-arm nowadays I havent a clue why an overgrown peashooter needs an FAC but it does I understand what your saying hyperion,I saw a guy at a club get a 3inch group at 60 yards with a compound a few weeks ago,you would have to be an incredible shot to do that with a longbow,with a compound it was impressive,compounds are just that more accurate and easier to master.
