I think scothunter has hit it on the nail regarding old school and basically respecting your quarry. Are most of the guys who run summer relatively new to the sport? I know the coney destroyer isn't but what about the rest of you? i havent clue what age the summer hunters are,and cant be f****d checking thier profiles,but im guessing there mostly young lads.without the slagging and insults.Dont you guys see the point we are making by not hunting in the summer.or do you just not give a shit about the quarry you hunt and its all for the thrill of the kill no matter what time of year it is or

got to laugh at the commonn phrase here. "At least we are out working our dogs,instead of leaving them to get unfit" maybe im just old school,but i was always taught the summer months are off limits.something ive always maintained. you can keep your dog relatively fit without chasing milky does all over the place.personally i see no sport or fun in that whatsoever.

not got the dms but have the bat.in fact i bought it for 30quid 20year ago official wilson softball bat.maybe worth a few quid now.dont think i would bend it over some lowlifes head might damage it.just do the usual and stick the f*****g heid in him lol You know what they say mate "spare the bat, spoil the ned".

Speedie that very good answer the pup wont see a hare till the start off the season if ones gets up over mountain when out for walk there nothing l can do about that. A lot people hold there coursing pups back till about 17 18 months what age you give young pup its 1st hare iceman hare rabbit fox or anything else i have hunted them all it dosent matter if the dog is to young its to young full stop cant tell yea what age as the dog usually tells me all dogs are diffrent thats where the real dog man comes in he can see when he is ready a big dog usually takes a bit longer Most pups th

Im exactly in the same position as you iceman.my pup was 10month on the 16th of this month,and he will wait till august before i even think about it.you can keep a dog fit in the summer without having to chase animals in young.abide by the laws of hunting you were told as a kid.nothing worse than gutting a ferreted rabbit and having tiny baby bunnies wriggling in your hand.Your whole moral compass just screams "this aint right"!!!

i,m surprised they did,nt deep fry it in scotland, they seem to deep fry everything,stopped at a chippy in wigtown once ordered a pizza for the kids and steak and kidney pie for me and the mrs and f**k me they put the lot in the deep fat fryer :sick: i agree mate they always deep fry pizza and pies.f*****g dripping with grease "vile" but then some say "the greasier the easier" not for me though.
