I thought it was a 8ft but it is a 10ft locator and the old type collar takes two seperate batteries which although bulky were good because if one went flat then you still get power from the other one, Del. 13. Our foxhounds were bad for this. We feed them on pies and we reckoned it was the grease. It was disgusting to watch and we got told to sprinkle coal dust on their grub. We got a bag from the coal man and tried it and it works, Delboy.

  15. Tell them to wrap it and send it to you along with a birthday card and a nil value. I was out a few years ago and caught a coyote which i had stuffed. My mate sent it home to me and because he put a value of £300 on it, I was then charged the pricely sum of £70 to collect it from the shipping agent when i collected it from Perth, Del.

  17. Ive been lucky enough to hunt red and gray fox and coyotes with foxhounds in Georgia. Ive also hunted bob cat with cat hounds, racoon with coon hounds, white tail deer with lurchers and possum and armadillo. Coon hunting at night was my favourite along with hunting coyotes in a 500 acre pen in Alabama. A guy from this site went out to Canada this year and i managed to set him up with a few digs with my mates terriers for which he couldnt thank me enough. Im hoping to go out next year to hunt hog and bear with hounds in Jacksonville and im lookng forward to this. Also goin to Ozz next week for

  21. My mate owns a small fishery and thinks he has problems with an otter stealing his fish. Each night it leaves 3 or 4 on the bank half chewed. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to trap one and relocate it or are they protected. Looking for help A.S.A.P., Del.
  22. Well, I have to say that Iam happy with Paddy, my new pup who is approx 6 months old now. He has a brilliant temperament and is great with chickens, horses and hounds. A big thanks to T Bar. .JPG]
  23. My son lost his lab bitch a few months ago with blue algea. She went from being a good strong working bitch to a skinny runty looking thing within 24hrs. She had crapped about 6 or 7 times in the kennel overnight and was throwing up blood and thick saliva. We had to rush our vet out as we also had 3 terriers ill too. One of them was on the drip for 3 days at the nice cost of £280 before returning home to recover. The other two were ok. It turned out to be from my small garden pond. My mrs had emptied and cleaned the pond the night before and as she was doing this, the dogs were playing in and
