    Well, I have been sitting here since my Russell bitch started whelping at 02.30hrs this morning. Why do they alway have to do it in the middle of the night. Maybe just because its quiet at this time of the night. So far she has had 3 bitches and two dogs with another to come yet I'm sure. Hope she drops it before i go to work. At least she is settled in her big cage next to the radiator. Oh well, that is my rant over. Better go and have my 4th cuppa. At least I've got T.H.L. for company whilst I sit here patiently watching, Delboy.

    Can I put my tuppenceworth in please. Firstly, I was asked to judge Harewood show and I didnt mean to let anyone down. My dogs had taken ill the weekend before and it was later found out to be blue pond algy in my garden pond. This lead to the death of my sons Lab. I called to Foxgun the week before and not the night before and untill i knew what was wrong in mykennels i would not go near any show just in case it turned out to be a viral infection. Also my son had qualified for Birr castle with his Russell at Neilston and on the day i personally thought that the black dog that won deserved to

    A great weekend was had by us at Birr castle. My boy had qualified for the five nations with his Russell dog Spud. The weather was great and the show was well organised. The open show was judged by mr Dezzie M who in my opinion done a Brilliant job. I had taken 2 pups and 2 adults that i had bred but given to friends and won Best russell dog and also Best pup in show but we were beaten fair and square by a better looking dog on the day in the finals.
