well here we go, me and our dom went out on the permission yesterday it started off fairly normal the odd few to start with , when we came to the part of the field where their building a new house next door ,well the bulldozer had been down half of the land and packed in for the weekend which left us two decent buries to ferret ,nets set and my mates border pup on gaurd duty all hell broke loose rabbits running in every direction, where the bulldozer had finished must have just filled the holes in by mms,so rabbits took advantage of the situation and made quick their escape through holes we co

they certainly are ,they are quite heavy though but accurate and quiet even without a silencer on if the price is right i would say go for it hi mate what sort of range could i shoot at and what would be a good price with silencer and scopes thanks it all depends on what scope it has on it and what condition the rifle is in looking at recent post in the for sale section 160.00 is the average price ,personally i dont think they need a silencer on em, as for range 25- 40 yards as with all sub 12ft lbs air rifles

i had one off the netloft this year he told me he had changed the design back to a basic design instead of the detachable one he used to make ,when it arrived it was a basic basket with two thin uprights holding the poles it just keeps snagging the net ,so i bought another at selby game fair a lot better design,just my opinion

i got a magnum 100 yd 6z 15 poles off ebay all set up ready to go 55 quid just keep typing in different kinds of long netting this was in amongst ladies tights and stockings , and you might get lucky as i did no one bid against me

hi maria and welcome i dont think you will have to go to the extreme of getting a ferret from england as ferrets have a natural instinct to hunt even pet ferrets will bolt rabbits i dont know what the seasons are over the pond but the general rule is not to ferret when there is young about ,im sure you will pick up some helpful advice on here and a few friends along the way
