  5. Story 2 This lad was running a small red bitch in a race and it was that fast that it over took the lure ,which makes you think ,what was the dog chaseing then? quality Seen it happen plenty of times on the track when the lure breaks down the dogs carry on racing, but the race is voided His Wife: Also TRUE they get smaller each time they slice, scrape or cut them while working so they can end up with very small or no stopper pads Y.I.S Leeview

    Gate net

the lenght needs to be over 14yds as most gates are that size. depth I work with 25-30 squares to give a good belly. Only gates I've seen that size are on railway crossings Y.I.S Leeview

True WILF you have to look at what you value, the farmer sees that he has a choice, your both doing the same job but ones putting a few quid in his pocket I would nt like it but the estate is satisfied with what we're doing for them and reccomending ourselves to neighbouring landowners Y.I.S Leeview

  15. Correct Missie and previously there was trouble in Parliament Sqare when the bill was introduced in the House of Commons, the mouned police were gobsmacked by the amount of people who were used to handling horses and were helpless against them. Rose tinted glasses on the Marches I never saw any trouble, Demos yes but there was a different attitude from the police on the days as though they were given a free hand Y.I.S Leeview
  16. GREAT DAY TOM I REMEMBER THE FRENCH WITH WITH THEIR HORNS BUT THE PEACEFULL MARCH WAS RUINED BY THE LONDON POLICE FORCE AND THERE HEAVY HANDED TACTICS , YOU ARE RIGHT WE SHOULD HAVE MARCHED ON A MONDAY OR FRIDAY AND BROUGHT THE SMOKE TO A STANDSTILL , THIS SHOULD BE DONE JUST BEFORE THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION TO REMIND THE TORYS THEY HAVE MADE A PROMISE AND WE EXPECT THEM TO KEEP TO IT Dont recall any trouble at all on the marches? it was very light hearted between the police and marchers. Think your getting confused with demonstrations over the reading of the Bill to ban Hunting Y.I.S Leevi
  17. grant_c FF has already said no guns, dogs or digging so his options are to say the least "restricted" IMO I've done hillsides riddled with holes(but not 20-30acres as was mentioned) and to stack it in your favour why not block as many holes as you can by throwing a spade full of earth down them, from whats been excavated this way your reducing the size of the warren for the rabbits boling and also cutting the rabbits options of hole hopping, when you go back and ferret it Y.I.S Leeview
  18. Wise words I skimp on materials around the rings and put it into the middle of the net. REASON I've yet to see or know anyone thats ever caught a rabbit with its head through the 1st row of mesh next to the ring Y.I.S Leeview
