All you need to do mate is when the dog is eating shite find another and carry some nice hot curry power with you, when you see a turn next time sprinkle it on the shite the dog will try to eat it and realise that the shit is hot and will not like it, the dog will the assoicate shite with a nasty hot senation in its mouth and will soon learn, common phycology give it a go Steve
