    Khan...

Warren would never chance Khan with a puncher after the Prescot debacle.Kotelnik is a tidy boxer, but has no pop.Be interesting if he did catch Khan early and take him out of his stride.I'd make Khan a slight favourite, but if Kotelnik gets to him early,it might get interesting.

    dog attack

I sympathise entirely mate, had a staff attack my beddyxwhip when she was a pup.Completely unprovoked, the dog was off the lead and just came straight at her.Luckily there was no damage done to my pup,but the mental scars are obvious as she's terrified of other dogs now.Seen the same staff wandering around without a lead or collar for weeks after and eventually got the address of the clown that owned it.Needless to say my brother and i paid him a visit and the problem was sorted, but sometimes its best just to get the Police involved.Might be a pup one day, could be a small kid next time.Hope the

  13. Ronnie Biggs is still in prison for two reasons, the first being that it was a "Royal" mail train that was robbed, and secondly because he refused to apologise and show remorse for his crime.Whilst our society is becoming more and more "Americanised" by the day,our judicial system is "Victorian.Heres a quick example of the joke that is our judicial system. http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/cove...92746-24139831/

  15. Micky,my brothers just phoned me and told me the same thing. He said you can buy the BOP silhouette stickers from pet shops.Problem is no matter what ive stuck on the window in the last few minutes, its still hard to see anything but the reflection of the house's and trees opposite.Have been here 8 years and never had a problem like this till a few weeks ago.
  16. Well, the good news is the sparrow has flown away now,and seemed to be ok.Ive tied some string across the window with some strips of shredded plastic on.The neighbours must think we are having a Hawaian barbecue or something. They think im nuts anyway,so the window decoration wont change there oppinion of me.
  17. I cannot believe what has just happened,no sooner do i post this thread and a young sparrow hits the f**king window !! I've just put it in a box to recover, its not bleeding and has both eyes open, just seems a bit stunned and is breathing rather quickly.Ive looked at the window from outside, and there is a clear reflection of the tree opposite.Think i might try some paper in the window for now.
  18. Simon,is it true ? have you turned away from "the brown side" ?
  19. A few weeks ago i was getting ready for work and heard a thud against my bedroom window, when i came into the bedroom to see what it was there was an imprint of a bird on the window, and after going outside i found a Lesser Spotted Woodpecker with a Broken neck lying under the window. It had obviously flown into the window and broken its neck.Since then its happened on two other occasions, only it was young blackbirds that had flown into the window and killed themselves.Has anyone else had a similar thing happen, and is there a way to stop it ? My house is covered in ivy,and im thinking maybe this
