    nice pups if theyd of been a year eralier id of got my mum one instead of my brother buying her a rotweiller :wacko: to replace our gsd we had to have put to sleep.

    a friend had one was deadly on the lamp with it speed loved watching it take foxes (before the ban) didnt have much chance once the dog was slipped sad thing was it never came into season to line to his wheaton dog. and it used to nock its feet up abit but used to love watching it fly down the beam they can shift thats for sure.

    were is the best place to buy a fox cage trap? im from wakefield west yorkshire. iv tryed making a few myself in the past but always bugger it up when it comes to making the door . a fox killed four of my game hens and a game cock only bout 30yards behind my kennels. and what rubbed it in was my dad went to let them out early morning before we went to work bout 6.30 maybe 7.00 and they were fine when we got home bout 11 ish they were dead it killed them all and took one hen and had to climb a 6ft panel of harris fencing to get in (wish the lurcher had of being out) so does anyone know

    werent a bad day the winner of the bull cross was a cracking dog specially in the flesh the white and black bull x was a powerfull dog aswell. som smart terriers there aswell.

    i know two lads that shoot foxes if i got half the number they do a season with my dog it would be a good one they just kill every fox on sight!

    I too have seen a number of both work i carnt say which one i prefer i like them both equally got a young bull x starting this season. a friend bred some a few years ago his whaeaton dog over a greyhound bitch turned out nice dogs theyll be about 3 now most of the litter are doing the job he kept two the best one got killed start of last season (gutting). and iv also seen a the pure work on a few occasion there something to watch lol!

    how do the pure deerhounds do with the foxes? always been interested in this cross got a deerhound xgreyhound with a bit of bedlington in her here.

    theres an american site were there using 4 or 5 fell terriers at a time hunting round barns and outbuildings in the straw and they have crow bars and hammers to ripp up the floors and walls when the dogs follow them between the cavitys bet thats a good day out.

    a friend has pure he uses it in cover and for pulling iuts a very game dog straight in no messing about. he put it over a greyhound bitch most the pups are doing the job one he kept back got run over coarsing a hare.

    a steak on the back of a bike haha jkin. i agree hares with 100yeard law in winter or maybe red deer lol. for me its the fox everytime nothing makes my heart race more.

    try going on a boar hunting site mate they use them on dogs in newzealand they need erm cause the dogs an be miles away on a pig. theres been a few times when iv needed one aswell.

    i know the insurance is a killer for me aswell lol ellse id have it also.

    i do mine also with the lead and its best way iv found a boot is too hard the lead is far more effective a short sharp pain that they wil remember and mine come straight back when i wnt them o go back on the lead aswell.

    iv heard a few talk about building artificals iv had a go myself dint turn out too well but were do you get the pipes from?
