  3. Managed toi bag two yesterday with the S200. The first was only close, but i just couldnt see its head as the hare was hidden in a little patch of heather. I decided to take a quartering away body shot. Knowing that the .177 pellet would penetrate well and hopefully nail this white critter down......it worked, and the first one was in the bag.....after a long walk i again spotted a nosey little head peeking out at me. I could only see the top of its head, but the wind was aweful strong....again, the S200 did its job and sent a Bisley just perfect...what a stroke of luck... it was a great fe

  10. Chalkwarren, you would be surprised how many there are of them round here....i have bagged well into double figures so far this autumn and late summer.....i dont find them that hard to shoot, i think maggies are much harder ..from what i have seen the jays are often too busy with whats going on in the tree top foliage to spot a sneaky airgunner on the floor below....

    deer

I know someone that wants fallow above everything else...(?)..personally, it all tastes pretty similar to me, i think it all depends on the age and sex of the deer you eat more than the actual species, whether it tastes nice or not...maybe
