    Just an update . I only have 3 finished fieldcrafters left for sale 1x black linen micarta and 2 black and green laminate dymond wood . As stated before I won't be repeating these handle material options . Future knives will be finished in canvas micarta . Iv ordered a small slab of a new canvas micarta this time . It's called camo and will be made up of green black and brown canvas , it's a new option for me and the importers !! The Damascus knife is also still available . I'm open to offers on that but nothing stupid !! All the best , matt

    I just copied and pasted it ! I never expected such a review , I don't tend to do things the reviewer did with my knives but thats not to say I didn't believe it was capable . But that was about as positive as it could be I think ? The same review will be in gunmart soon just written a little shorter for printing . Weirdly the review has not generated o e extra sale !!

    ok the latest damascus is finnished and ready for sale . over all length of 10" with 5.5" blade made of 120 layers of nickel steel and spring steel . red stag antler with buffalo horn spacers and 200 year old iron guard and pummel with brass ball . the sheath is english shoulder and snake skin with brass button . price is £300 with free uk recorded delivery .

    Sold out !!!!! ok fellas got a sale on here . there the smaller fieldcrafters. over all length 8" with 3 1/4" cutting edge . there aprox 5mm thick . o1 tool steel. bead blasted finnish on the flats satin everywhere else . proffesionaly heat treated to a tested 57-59 rockwell . laser engraved and hand growned . there all killer sharp ready to be handled and sheathed . the only issue you need to think about is this . the laser has not cut every hole cleanly there not all perfectly round , i got round this with 2mm brass pins and there perfect (this is only on the 4 x 4mm p

    Thanks it's on my mantel piece at the moment , I really love it and should keep it but bills to pay and all that . The snake skin is on order so mid week it will be 100% finnished and ready for its new home ! All the best matt

    Thank you fellas it's on it's way to a forum member as we speak . Lots of learning In That one . Lots of new skills . I hope I remember it all for the next . I really want to push my forging from now on getting more and more complex each time . Just got 2 more billets of this lot then I can start the next mission . I'm fining to try fossil Damascus with all the off cuts iv been keeping back . I'm looking forward to that one . And I want to do more feather pattern in the future to . All the best , matt

    Google cromwells , look for ground flat stock . They sell every possible dimension of the stuff you will ever need . It's all o1 tool steel it comes ground perfectly flat and true and is annealed so you can drill it cut it what ever you like . Heat it till its non magnetic and amerce in motor oil . It will be heat treated. . It even comes with tempering Instructions ! Nothing makes a finer knife !! Remember it's not the look of the knife or the fancy handle that's make it good , it's the steel it's made from and the heat treatment . Customs or hand made knives are about superior

    Thank you fellas , details are 8" blade of 120 layer spring steel and nickel steel ladder pattern Damascus . Flat ground , rounded spine , false edged clip point , with a micro bevel . The guards soldered cross guard made of 240 layers of spring steel and nickel steel ladder pattern . Handle is African black wool and skull crusher pummel of 200 year old wrought iron . It taken a week to make this and I don't want to work out how many hours but its alot !! I'm glad you like it ! All the best , matt
