    Went out for a few hours last night wheather was perfect want to long untill I seen a fox it was laying down in the feild so slipped the young dog down at him , fox heard him coming up he got straight down to a dip in the feild fox dog gone ! Few minutes went past I went down looking for him fouldnt see him there was a river alone the edge of the feild probly 6/7 foot wide so thought he had put it to a hole so crossed the river and found him with the fox at the other side of the river very pleased with the young follow him across catching it of the lamp

    youv been doing great this season prob just hit a bad patch I dont do much cover work an round holes mate but with being of work I got the chance let the young dog learn something other than lamping so next week back to work back out on the lamp I injoy the lamp alot more . You take the rough with the smooth as the saying goes lol

    Your on the money mate 100% id like to see these dogs getting 3/4 a night never mind that several lol start of the season yes you could no problem at all but there big cubs they all count once the season opens but from what av seen an heard there doubled up an one dogs took of but in my eyes thats not single handed the dog has to do all the work ! I was out few weeks back with a few mate slipped my young dog with his to bring his dog on my dog turned it 3 times turned it back into the mates dog lifted then when my dog got it the mates dog walked of cant count that as a single hanfe

    Your going the right way about it mate now to many boys would have the fiath in working the dogs infront of you but the boys that will and have no problem then you no there dogs are doing what they say they are doing good luck with it mate . Thats the type of bitch I want to breed my dog with in a few ayears time mate if he keeps it up
