    Kennel fights happen it goes with having terriers.Any dog that kills two has a bit of fire in him,which has to be admired.You have thirty posts and your insulting people already.People like yourself are the reason a lot of people gave up posting on here.. Accidents happen fact but when common sense plays no part like getting given a terrier then kennelling it with 2 others then finding 2 dead in the morn does that sound like [bANNED TEXT] with common sense 2 u ?     I would have liked to put her to a white dog,but I could not find one that fitted the bill,mabye in the future I might come on one that I consider good enough.Best of luck with your litter.

    Not sure yet,will wait until about ten weeks,there is a fine big black dog on the litter.The rest are going to hunting partners so they wont be far away.

    Hi Liam, Did the men with the good dogs and good reputations PTS their trusted workers after such encounters? After failing in your eyes! Do you think good dogs can have a bad day at the office like people? Most did not,any dog can have a bad day.

    We don,t always have to agree,otherwise this forum would be to sterile,we all hunt differently and with a different purpose,at times.Many would cull a badger like that as its to educated and dangerous,an educated badger as got the better of the best of terriers,i read that in a book. Why would anybody destroy such a badger and how would it be dangerous?Who ever wrote that book Morton must have bad dogs if he said the educated badger got the better of the best of dogs.As for pushing the dog to the limit,I thought it more a way of finding out the good from the mediocre.The good one was kept

    Lutra Lutra I am enjoying your posts,the only bit I do not agree with is when you said if game wants to move it will.I have seen plenty of good dogs that will let nothing pass regardless.Many years ago(pre ban)we dug the same badger quiet often so he knew what to expect.It was a place we brought people who thought they had good dogs,he ruined many a dog and dog man reputation.But some dogs kept him in check and were not pushed around.Personally I would not rate a dog who had this bad fault regardless how tough his apponent was.

    I was in it one night Liam,full to the gills with the black stuff and got up to sing,lol people said i should have been in the hall of fame i was that good,think the pub closed early that night for some reason. If you can get into it Donie it must be very easy.It must be some honour all the same to have your dog in the HALL OF FAME,the nearest mine get is the hall door.

    I would have liked to put her to a white dog,but I could not find one that I thought suited her(no doubt there are some out there)I know the black dogs breeding for thirty years so he was a safer bet.
