i know exactly where that is pal ,i think that was taken one sunday hunting cover a few year ago when yee came over

we went out to try a few covers with the beagle crosses sunday .The first cover we tried the foxes just didn twant to leave for about half an hour and when they did leave they went out the back door where there was no one with a lurcher.Next spot we drew a blank to on we went to th next spot .One of the lads ran one to ground with his lurcher so we kept hunting and i killed one with my old collie cross ,not bad for a 13 year old dog .We finished that cover and wet back and dug the fox in a rabbit burrow with my mates 14 month pup.Right handy one on a ditch .Not a bad ending to the day

we nearly always leave the game run fat man might dig him agin this season who knows and he will be a better test for the dog if we do

game is scarce enough down here pal so we let nearly all our game run except when asked dispatch by a farmer.If everyone killed the game they dug then their would be fcuk all left for us to dig

Got up this morning early as we had arranged to head off for a dig.My mate rang and said one of the lads had cancelled because of the rain but we headed out ourselves to try a few handy spots for a fox.First place we tried was dead as a maggot .The second spot we went to i dropped my russell bitc as she is healed up since i dug her a few week ago.We locatd her at about a foot out into the field .We opened up and was locked to him in a tight stop end.Terrier wass lifted and quarry let run fo another day
