    i have enjyed everything from driven boar shooting to hare cousing in europe.....not many running dogs the further east you go in europe.....but theres no good reason for it and we run there legally and easily.....and it amuses the locals!

    yes its very simple and there are several options. First you can have it flown over and put into quarantine here in the UK for 6 months, or secondly you can have it rabies vaccined in the USA, then one month later it needs to be blood teated to check the vaccine has taken and if it HAS taken, you must then wait 6 months from that date, and after 6 months the dog can enter the UK without going into quarantineunder the pet passport system.     unfortunately E&L and you most likely WILL go wrong! They have the worst record when it comes to making claims, and thats including their dog insurance, business insurance and horse insurance......I Know! When I had my birds I was with Golden Valley and they dealt with claims in the good old fashioned simple way and everything was easy and efficient.

    get hold of clive rees as quick as you can. dont allow them into your home unless they are with police/warrant. dont make any statement. dont speak to them about anything until clive is there to represent you.

    I Have given my lab ibuprofen and find that she was a lot better with that for her arthritis ibuprofen is extremely dangerous to dogs :censored:

    We dont know the situation there in true,theres plenty of bitching on the thread but no one offering help. I have!!!

    its simple, take them back to the breeder.....a responsible breeder will always take back anything they ahve bred nomatter what the circumstances, and in most cases there will be a contract saying that they MUST go back if such a situaton arises as this. A responsible caring breeder is responsible for anything they breed if it needs to be rehomed. Simple moral ethics of breeding. Aye sell somebody a pup that is perfectly healthy and once the new owner has had it for 13 months and turned it into a problem,you have the responsibility to take it back and sort it out,somehow I don,t think so,

    Its an ADVERT FFS!!! I don't jump out the seventh storey window and expect a rollercoaster to take me to work like the Barcleycard advert or expect Tony the tiger to pack my snap whilst I finish my frosties. Its not suggested husbandry for dogs, its a f*****g advert, jesus christ.............. and yet sooooo many people on THL got up in arms a year or so ago when an advert for child abusers depicted a man with a shotgun!!! whats good for the goose as they say.......afterall it was "only an advert"

    Thanks for the info! Gutted, I really wanted one. It's just not practical to import from the US, due to quarantine being 6 months, the dog would be close to a year John youd be better doing it on the pet passport system, if started early enough you can get the pup over at 10 months, and much much kinder than the dreaded quarantine system.

    a handful of tree walkers, plus one blue tick I know of although they dont breed anymore.
