I wouldn't be too sure about not dropping to ground mate. Depending where the beddy blood game from and what sort of size they made. The brother to my bitch is a tank (bull X cocker) and he has dug his way in and has got a scary way down a few times. My bitch doesn't try to enter but I don't think her size would stop her if she wanted to. I like the bull blood in my busher mind. Definitely got its uses.

I've always liked the whippet/greyhound types with a splash of deerhound. Real sensible and steady mutts, speed to burn, good feet and a goodun should tackle most stuff. My bitch has got a splash of collie in there too, but only about 1/8. Maybe less. She was a slow starter but I wouldn't be without her now...

Dunno about everyone else but I'm celebrating 2 weeks off work, health, family and taking the opportunity to spoil my little girl rotten and keep the magic of Santa clause alive for a couple more years. Not sure what's to laugh about really fella. Christmas has never been about religion for me or my family. It's just an opportunity for annual celebration and good times. But the reason you're having 2 weeks off to do all those things is down to one thing, religion.....Ah well I won't let it eat me up too much. Where's that bottle of Jim Beam gone. It's in the kitchen next to my bible ? I
