Around us the firearm officer asks people what calibre rifle the applicant wants before the certificate is granted. Within reason any calibre was O,k so long as you had a valid reason to own one.You only nead to pay £26 if you add further calibres after the certificate is granted.This includes the addition of silencers.Think about your calibre choice before applying. There is no minimum acreage of land for any calibre,it just has to be safe for that calibre.If you are granted a ticket through joining a club then legally you have to find out if any land you shoot on is passed for your calibre

used to go lamping with my sausage dog 9" 8lb loads of rabbit. and fox single handed not to good on hare or deer

what a staff posseses is a very strong prey drive its original purpose was to fight in a pit against other staffs or pin a bull by its nose or fight a bear if your wife was out walking a staff and she was attacked by some prick the staff with his strong jaw and strong body would try his best to feck that person up and u would praise the dog for what he done if the same thing happend with a terrier pat lakie the out come would be different as if u went out after foxy the patterdale would be in his ellement and would go to ground better than a staff cos it is a different breed bred for a diffe

i,ve owned staffs for 11 years cos i like the breed but i would not walk down the road with a big fecking harness on it cos i,d fell like a prick i do not wear small t shirts in winter and i dont think my dog is hard as feck i just think they are a good breed of dog for the kiddies and the house i wouldnt let them off the lead near any other dog walkers cos they do like a scrap .not all of them mind just a few of them really speaking it is not the dogs fault that it has been brought up by a prick its the prick who brought the dog up the wrong way whos to blame its down to the owner at the end

id agree with bullet and the other firemen "" hosepipe i used to tye the hose to the front of the run gate. when u hear the dog barking turn the tap on by the house for about ten seconds works every time. i found works better in winter dog is shivering to much to bark 2or4 times cured
