  1. I'm like you mate, I love plenty of meat.....
  2. You will as long as you train and get your protein needs in.
  3. Just eat a bit less and you'll get the same result. Lol
  4. So not carnivore then, why is that eh? I think everyone has a meat based diet, unless they are vegan or gay. Lol
  5. You're pushing the carnivore diet when you told me you do eat carbs, make your mind up Carbonator. Lol
  6. It is true, you are talking pure bollocks. Excess saturated fat is not good for you, it's bad for you because it raises your LDL cholesterol. And I know you and Tomo get excited about inflammation and insulin resistance, too much saturated fat may trigger inflammation and reduce insulin sensitivity.
  7. Well you would survive then, just like you'd survive on lots of saturated fat until your arteries clogged up and you died from a clutcher.
  8. You could survive on double cheeseburgers from McDonald's, it doesn't mean they are good for you or optimal.
  9. What has that got to do with the price of bacon and the fact that eating lots of meat with no fibre is bad for you?
  10. Yep, and when people cut out the junk they lose lots of weight and start feeling better and put it down to the foods they are eating rather than the fact that they are eating less and are thus on a calorie restriction.
  11. I've been singing Big George in my head to the tune of Big John since yesterday, heads fecked. Lol
  12. I'd like that, do it. Lol Seriously, this isn't his thread, if he can't handle being questioned than maybe he should refrain from replying, not everyone will just nod and agree.
  13. No, I'm really not, get your head out of his arse and go and read the comments. I was talking with Frank and you'll see the obsessive one piping up with the wise cracks. Would you prefer it if the thread was relabeled Greyman's UK Big Cats? Lol
  14. Stop acting the fool. If you care to read again you'll see it's the man child dishing out the insults whenever someone questions the authenticity of big cats, all too predictable and pathetic.
  15. The truth is, diets are very tribalistic. Someone tries it, thinks they are getting good results because they cut out a lot of junk and therefore it's the diet that did it and not the restriction of junk. Then you have people on social media using their status to push it, cherry picking from science and misinterpretating studies to match their agenda.
  16. Show me the millions or is that a wild claim? Lol And how can I say they are healthy when you haven't provided a source?
  17. Is there, millions? If we want to go off anecdotes, why is there loads of people on Reddit complaining about their cholesterol going through the roof after going on carnivore, why do most of sudies point to excess saturated fat being unhealthy for you? Have you had your cholesterol levels checked since you've gone carnivore, how much saturated fat do you think you eat a day?
  18. Don't come with that, you live over four hour away FFS. Why would I drive all that way when I believe it's a load of hogwash? And you're right, best to not get in a slagging match with you, don't want me getting banned do you? Lol
  19. You can't have, there's no such thing as a formal degree in nutritional psychiatry. Lol
  20. It needs to be said, they are all sightings of black panthers because that's a common colour of a moggy, nothing more, nothing less. Take this footage for instance, damp patch tried claiming this was leopard, anyone with an ounce of knowledge can see it's just an house cat, it's funny how the mind plays tricks, if you believe you see.
  21. Don't tell us, the person sharing this amazing footage to you told everyone to keep quiet about it, how convenient.
  22. You've seen how quickly those lynx released a few months back were spotted and captured. The idea that cats kept released or escaped cats will just easily disappear in to the wilderness and avoid humans when they have never hunted for themselves is wishful thinking. The more likely scenario is they would soon be discovered when they become hungry and start feeding on the easiest prey source, livestock.
  23. Makes me laugh, all these people coming forward to tell the likes of Minter about their sightings but when it comes to sharing the footage they suddenly don't want anyone to know, bollocks! Lol
