Don't think Panasonic are up there with those three brands, their autofocus isn't in their league.

They are basically all as good as each other, but again, Sony has the most lens choices followed by Nikon.

100-300 is basically not much use, you need more reach than that. Canon is no better than Sony or Nikon really, they are just more awkward with their lenses and are worse for third party compatibility. I'll go a grand at most for a lens, that's why I'd be better with Sony or Nikon because there's the Sigma 150-600, plenty of reach there.

You're posting lenses and most of them are next to useless for wildlife and birds, you're needing lenses 300mm and above to really be of any use.

That's a starter lens, it's not that great as it's not really a fast lens, my camera is worth more than this lens, you can spend from that price to tens of thousands on a lens, my camera has all the bells and whistles, partnered with a good lens it can take great images of wildlife and birds in flight.

Again, there's not for this mount, you do know that cameras have different mounts, it's the connection from the camera to lens. It's well known that the lenses are more expensive than the bodies, some lenses are 10K plus.

Why have you hit a nerve, you're just talking wet. What do you know about cameras mate? Lol This is a mirrorless and there isn't that many lenses for the RF mount and Canon are reluctant to let third parties in on their lens mounts. I'm looking at flogging this and getting something that has more lens options, we don't all go around robbing folk like roofers mate, some of us have morals. Lol
