  6. I can assure anyone looking for snares that you will look a long time before you beat Geordie's snares, they are without any ? the best i've ever used, mind i'm just a young pup ! 58 years of age .

  9. no shepp take new runners every year and burn all old plants .. ..john Any tips on how to take runners? yes mate if you already have strawberry plants when they Finnish fruiting you will see runners these are long stems that the new plant will grow from get some plant pots ready with compost and secure the young plant at the end of the runner to the compost and they will take root you can then cut runner from the mother plant and put the young plant in the cold frame over winter and plant out in the spring and your other strawberry plants that you have taken cutting from give

  14. i worked on a farm for 8 years ,after being in the building game for 12years, unfortunatly i was made redundandant when the farmer retired, i loved it , total 100%, not the bestmoney in the wokld but in the building i worked hard made good money ,but spent it going to the country ?? it's up to you ,if it's in your blood you will love it, if you treat it just as job ,forget it .

  18. The best snares i've ever seen were made for me by Geordie give him a shout , i'll bet you wont be dissapointed,not the usual shop bought crap,that cant catch the time of day.

A big thanks to my mate for getting me "us !" so many freebies, the young un's will be delighted when they come along next week and find 3 row of beans,3 row of peas, a cane wigwam ready for the beans, all the raised beds are dug over ready for the multitude of seeds which so many good people gifted to us, many thanks to one+all, i will keep you informed as to our progress, Thanks again to everyone
