  1. Was he from Leeds? The dog was an older pals from the village.
  2. Yeh, forgot the bloke who he sold it to but he used to buy dogs and sell them on. But yes that's the dog, it's pictured in the book.
  3. Who's got all the Darcy books, it's in either Extreme Lurcher Work or the first edition of Now That's What I Call Lurcherwork. There's a big fcuk off blue bull/greyhound, a monster of a dog. It was an old fellas dog who I used to lamp with, got rid when he got sent down. That must have been well north of 80lb.
  4. Jeffrey Dahmer was misunderstood mate.
  5. I think it's clear from posts who's seen a bit. You are bigging bull crosses up that can kill a fox FFS. And if you did your homework you would see I've put pics up before of some of my dogs. I don't need to lie like you, my last lurcher died around 8 year ago at the age of 15. I haven't had a runner since, and what?
  6. I know mate, but rumours are rumours pal. Some of his dogs sure had the Bull Terrier look, but as you know, others have. That's understandable really given that they share common ancestors at some point.

She went from using her legs to opening them, I'd chuck a mix in.
  8. The cheek of it after you've been begging for me to post pics half the day, what a walloper.
  9. That's fair, but didn't Einstein quote that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over and expecting to see a different result?

It works both ways though mate. I'm not ignorant enough to believe someone else couldn't be a better athlete than myself. Yes I won lot when I was a youngster but as I said, me, my brother and cousin used to act about more at training than we did train. So I imagine a youngster with his head switched on and training their arse off could hit some impressive times, at that's not even taking to account the possibility of a youngster hitting puberty early.
  11. What did the Tories do though mate, seriously? It just goes to show how much of a shit show the past government were, they did nothing to stop immigration from the 3rd world, in fact they accelerated it!

  13. DNA from urine degrades very quickly G. I think it's fair to be suspicious given the claims. But me and others may eventually have to eat humble pie, I hope you prove us wrong.
  14. We are now arguing about pounds and ounces when the point is that two game bull crosses would/should get stuck in and ask questions later.
  15. Do you think he bred them dogs just to run foxes off the slip. You are very green, that's why I was pissing myself when you started talking about a good fox dog not taking any stick. Do you think a fox is testing for dogs like that? FFS like..
  16. You don't even know who Rhys is let alone seen his dogs.
  17. Course you did, go on, ring your mate.
  18. Expected, just lob them out of the motor and crunch, crunch, on the to the next, that was the reality. Not everyone's cup of tea but each to their own.
  19. Better off trying to discuss chess with a pigeon. Some of the dogs Rhys had/bred were massive with heads like a skip.
  20. So all are trained in pens and you know for a fact? Not all folk bring their dogs on like that. And of course, just like many bull crosses will struggle on pigs, but any one worth it's weight in feed will get stuck in, they might not have the knack of finishing but they will get their feet wet regardless.
  21. As I suspected, you are now linking together a carcass found in Cumbria to some hairs found in Gloucestershire, do you understand how absurd that is, no disrespect mate.
  22. She didn't even find hairs at that particular site. There's no mention of it whatsoever. You can't claim evidence from another location/time and link it all together. As far as I'm aware no hairs were DNA tested for this particular discovery. New DNA evidence confirms presence of big cat in British countryside WWW.COUNTRYFILE.COM
  23. Serious question, these hairs weren't at the scene from where the carcass that held DNA was and these hairs weren't tested for DNA, if I'm wrong can you point me to a source?
