    hi migmog you can use one of those plastic blocks, what you fix kitchen units together with. i have read some where that they are suitable as a diy single shot holder! regards davy

    hi gary i also use my guntuff at night and use the light of the moon (if its out ) to see the range! or any light from a house/street. regards davy

    hi tony can i ask how long you stay static for? as always our patience is our biggest weapon apart from the obvious.also have you tried a red filter on a dimmer switch? me tinks your not the only one lamping this paddock if they run so quickly i would love to come up and hold your lamp for ya!     hi si thanks for the kind comments but as you know I do like to push my AAS410K .177 to its limits,as I believe every one should know what there air rifles are capable of doing,within reason and conditions.once I am perfectly happy with my capability's in .177 I shall then go back to .22 and if I can get as good as you with my AAS410K .22 will be happy I also agree with your comments on experts in magazines take care buddy,and dont let them german vermin laws get ya down regards Davy

    hi jack nice write up and pics buddy you may want to let the other farmer know about his dead sheep! and it may lead to more permission :thumbs: you may want to get up before sun up! set your decoys out with bait! get ya mag set on the lowest,and keep ya head on the scope as soon as you see crow activity.this way you will not need to try and get your aim when they have landed,as you will already be there! good luck buddy regards davy
